The Man-Mandil Jain Temple in 1680 was turned into an observatory and equipped with magnificent astronomical instruments that have been preserved to this day.

Ram Nagar Fort – Ramnagar fort is now a private museum with a collection of personal items that once belonged to Hindu rulers.

Sarnath – Sarnath a place of pilgrimage for Buddhists. Here Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon.
